Matthew D. Disco
Of CounselMatthew (Matt) conducts a wide-ranging general corporate and commercial practice, counseling individuals and organizations through all stages of the business life-cycle. Having worked in a big law firm and in-house as the principal corporate and securities attorney at a publicly-traded company, Matt came to DDR&S with a broad range of knowledge and a desire to deliver personalized service.
When not practicing law, Matt enjoys playing and watching sports, reading and spending time with family.
