James’s practice focuses primarily on real estate, commercial litigation, and business disputes. He began his career as a civil litigation attorney in New York before moving back to California where he grew up. He spent four years as a Realtor which has helped shape his expertise in handling real property disputes. He is committed to tirelessly working on his clients’ behalf to achieve the best possible outcomes.

James lives in Marin with his wife and two young daughters. When he’s not in the office you might find him trying to recreate his collegiate tennis days out on the court.
